国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センター研究所は、病院との緊密な連携のもとに、成育医療における実験医学から社会医学に至るまで広範な分野を対象とした先進的研究を遂行しています。このたび当センターでは生命科学研究部門 薬剤治療研究部 分子薬理研究室長の公募を行うことになりました。当該分野において、意欲を持って活躍いただける方を求めております。
NCCHD Research Institute carries out advanced research in a wide range of fields in child health and development ranging from experimental to social medicine, in close cooperation with NCCHD hospital. Research Institute is now inviting applications for the position of Head of the Division of Molecular Pharmacology. We are looking for motivated candidates who can work in this field.

分子薬理研究室について About the Division of Molecular Pharmacology |
薬剤治療研究部では、疾患発症機序解明や薬物標的分子探索の研究を行い、小児・妊婦・胎児における薬物療法の開発を目指しています。また、薬物の安全性の評価、特に薬物の発生発達毒性の評価とその発現機序の検討を行っています。分子薬理研究室では、分子生物学的、分子細胞生物学的、生物化学的、組織学的、分子生理学的手法等を用い、多角的な観点から小児や妊婦の疾患にアプローチし、新規治療法開発を推進します。 The Department of Pharmacology aims to develop novel therapies for children, pregnant women, and fetuses by elucidating the mechanisms of disease pathogenesis and exploring drug target molecules. In addition, the department evaluates drug safety and investigates the mechanisms of drug toxicity. The Division of Molecular Pharmacology approaches diseases in children and pregnant women from multiple perspectives using molecular biology, molecular cell biology, biochemistry, histology, molecular physiology, and other techniques. |

分子薬理研究室長として、小児・妊婦・胎児に対する分子薬理に関する研究・教育・情報発信を行う。 As the Head of the Division of Molecular Pharmacology, she/he will be responsible for conducting investigations, educational initiatives, and the diffusion of knowledge related to molecular pharmacology for children, pregnant women, and fetuses. |

分子薬理研究室長としての要件 Requirements as the Head of the Department |
1.学位（博士）を有すること。 1. Ph.D. degree. 2. Achievements in medical research for children, pregnant women, and fetuses. and the ability to promote research on molecular pharmacology for humans. 3. The ability to work closely with other research, hospital, and administrative departments. 4. Strong leadership skills to promote research by managing the division and the ability to educate young researchers and students. 5. The ability to disseminate information about molecular pharmacology to society. |

・給与：職員給与規程による Salary will be determined according to the NCCHD's regulations for scientific personnel, taking into consideration the candidate's experience and achievements. The successful candidate will be enrolled in social insurance and will be entitled to a variety of benefits, including an annual paid leave. |
