女性の健康総合センターでは、女性の健康および性差医学に関する基礎医学研究を牽引し、研究だけでなく部門運営・教育・国際連携を推進する女性の健康医学研究部長を公募します。本部門では、分子生物学、細胞生物学、内分泌学、免疫学などの基礎医学的手法を駆使し、女性のライフステージを通じて顕在化する多様な健康課題を明らかにし、その本質的理解を新しい診療・予防法の開発につなげることを目指しております。
女性の健康医学研究部長には独自の研究テーマを有し、国内外で活躍する研究者を対象とし、部門全体の研究推進に加えて、若手研究者・大学院生の育成、研究環境整備、国内外研究機関との連携推進、さらには学内外への成果発信と社会貢献などの役割を担っていただきます。 また、女性の健康や性差医学に資する新たな研究領域の開拓や、臨床部門との連携を通じたトランスレーショナルリサーチの推進など、基礎から応用に至る研究の橋渡し役も期待されます。

The Integrated Center for Women's Health is inviting applications for the position of Director of Women's Health Medical Research. The successful candidate will lead basic research in women's health and gender-specific medicine, while also overseeing departmental operations, education, and international collaboration. The department applies fundamental biomedical methodologies--including molecular biology, cell biology, endocrinology, and immunology--to address health challenges across women's life stages. It aims to translate these findings into innovative clinical treatments and preventive strategies.
The Director should be an active researcher with an original research focus, recognized both domestically and internationally. In addition to advancing the department's overall research, responsibilities include mentoring young researchers and graduate students, improving the research environment, fostering collaboration with domestic and international institutions, and disseminating research outcomes within academia and to society. The Director is also expected to pioneer new research areas in women's health and gender-specific medicine, and to bridge basic and applied research by promoting translational studies in collaboration with clinical departments.
Applicants must demonstrate outstanding research achievements in basic medical science and possess international research experience. Strong leadership in departmental management and education is essential, along with the ability to build collaboration among researchers and medical professionals from diverse backgrounds. This position plays a central role in establishing an international hub for women's health and gender-specific medicine. ・給与：職員給与規程による ・勤務日：４週８休、月～金（国民の祝日は除く）など Salary will be determined according to the NCCHD's regulations for scientific personnel, taking into consideration the candidate's experience and achievements. The successful candidate will be enrolled in social insurance and will be entitled to a variety of benefits, including an annual paid leave. |

１．採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出してください。 ① 抗体価検査の結果（結核、B型肝炎、麻疹、風疹、水痘、ムンプス） ② 入職日前３か月以内に受診した健康診断の結果 ２．当センター指定の医療機関で受診する場合は、当センターが料金を負担します。 指定外の医療機関で受診される場合は自費負担となります。 なお、有効期間内の結果を既にお持ちの場合は、それをご提出いただけます。 ３．抗体価検査の結果、当センターで定める基準に満たない場合には、自費でワクチンを接種 していただきます。 ４．応募書類等は、個人情報に配慮して適切に処理します。返却はいたしませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。 Upon selection, the candidate must submit antibody titer test results (tuberculosis, hepatitis B, measles, rubella, chickenpox, and mumps) and a health examination report conducted within three months prior to employment.
