国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センター研究所は、病院との緊密な連携のもとに、成育医療における実験医学から社会医学に至るまで広範な分野を対象とした先進的研究を遂行しています。このたび当センターでは幹細胞・生殖学研究室長の公募を行うことになりました。当該分野において、意欲を持って活躍いただける方を求めております。

NCCHD Research Institute carries out advanced research in a wide range of fields in child health and development ranging from experimental to social medicine, in close cooperation with NCCHD hospital. Research Institute is now inviting applications for the position of Head of the Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction. We are looking for motivated candidates who can work in this field.

About Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction

再生医療センター細胞医療研究部では、胚性幹（ES）細胞、人工多能性幹（iPS）細胞や体性幹細胞などの様々な細胞を用いて再生医療に関する研究を行っています。幹細胞・生殖学研究室では、幹細胞の機能を調節する分子機構の解明を目指した一連の研究を展開しています。さらに、基盤研究を臨床研究に発展させることにより、生殖医療ならびに再生医療に貢献することを目指しています。


About Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction

The Department of Cell Engineering at the Center for Regenerative Medicine conducts research on regenerative medicine using various cell types, including embryonic stem (ES) cells, induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells, and somatic stem cells. The Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction conducts studies to elucidate the molecular mechanisms that regulate stem cell functions. We aim to contribute to reproductive and regenerative medicine by developing basic research into clinical research.
業務内容

Duties of Head of Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction

幹細胞・生殖学研究室長として、成育サイクルにおける再生医学・生殖医学に関する研究・教育・情報発信を行う。

As Head of the Division of Stem Cell and Reproduction, she/he will be responsible for conducting medical investigations, educational initiatives, and the diffusion of knowledge related to regenerative and reproductive medicine, from the viewpoint of child health and development.

幹細胞・生殖学研究室長としての要件

Requirements as Head of the Department.

1.学位を有すること

2.幹細胞研究に十分な実績と研究費獲得実績を有し、ヒトを対象とする再生医療と生殖学の研究を推進できること。

3.関連する他の研究部、病院診療科、事務部門と密接に連携して研究成果を挙げる能力を有すること。

4.研究室をとりまとめて研究を推進する強い意志とリーダーシップを有すること、また、若手研究者や学生などに対し、研究指導ならびに教育を行えること。

5.社会に対して成育医療における再生医療及び生殖医療に関する情報発信ができること。


  1. Ph.D. degree.
  2. Achievements in stem cell research and the ability to promote research on regenerative and reproductive medicine in humans.
  3. The ability to work closely with other research, hospital, and administrative departments.
  4. Strong leadership skills to promote research by managing the division and the ability to educate young researchers and students.
  5. The ability to disseminate information about regenerative and reproductive medicine to society.

・給与：職員給与規程による

・勤務日：４週８休、月～金（国民の祝日は除く）など
・勤務時間：１週間あたりの勤務時間　38時間45分、8時30分～17時15分（休憩1時間）など（フレックスタイム制あり）
・保険：厚生労働省第二共済組合
・手当：地域手当、通勤手当など
・休暇等：年次休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇など

Salary will be determined according to the NCCHD's regulations for scientific personnel, taking into consideration the candidate's experience and achievements. The successful candidate will be enrolled in social insurance and will be entitled to a variety of benefits, including an annual paid leave.
