医用人工知能研究部は、医療データを対象とする機械学習などの人工知能技術を活用し、医学研究および新たな医療技術の開発を行っています。また、母子保健デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進しています。さらに、データサイエンティストの育成に取り組んでいます。

The Department of Medical Artificial Intelligence Research utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, such as machine learning on medical data, to conduct medical research and develop new medical technologies. This department also promotes digital transformation (DX) in maternal and child health and is committed to training data scientists.

医用人工知能研究部長として、人工知能を活用した医療技術開発と医学研究推進、および、データサイエンスに関する人材育成を行います。

The head of the Department of Medical Artificial Intelligence Research develops new medical technologies with artificial intelligence, advances medical research, and cultivates young researchers in data science.

1. 博士の学位を有すること
2. 医学研究とデータサイエンスにおける十分な研究実績および研究費獲得実績を有し、人工知能を活用した革新的医学研究を推進できること
3. 関連する研究部門・診療科・事務部門と連携し、研究を推進できること
4. 強いリーダーシップをもって研究部を運営し、若手研究者や学生の教育と研究指導ができること。また、部内外のデータサイエンティストの人材育成を行えること
5. 人工知能を用いた医学・医療について社会に対して積極的に情報発信し、研究成果を社会実装できること。

1. Ph.D. degree.
2. High motivation to advance research on Medical Artificial Intelligence.

A strong track record of research in the field of Medical Artificial Intelligence.

3. Effective collaboration skills with related research divisions, clinical departments, and administrative units.
4. Leadership and management skills in laboratory operations, and active involvement in mentoring and educating junior researchers and students.
5. Proactive public communication regarding neuropsychiatric disorders and sex differences in pediatric, perinatal, and women's health.

Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, and other benefits are available according to NCCHD policies. For details, please refer to the NCCHD website.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be requested to give a presentation and attend an interview conducted by the selection committee.

１．採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。

　　①　抗体価検査の結果（結核、B型肝炎、麻疹、風疹、水痘、ムンプス）

　　②　入職日前３か月以内に受診した健康診断の結果

２．当センター指定の医療機関で受診する場合は、当センターが料金を負担します。

　　指定外の医療機関で受診される場合は自費負担となります。

　　なお、有効期間内の結果を既にお持ちの場合は、それをご提出いただけます。

３．抗体価検査の結果、当センターで定める基準に満たない場合には、自費でワクチンを接種していただきます。

４．応募書類等は、個人情報に配慮して適切に処理します。返却はいたしませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

1. If you receive a job offer, please submit the following documents before joining:
   • Results of antibody titer tests (for tuberculosis, hepatitis B, measles, rubella, 　varicella, mumps)
   • Results of a health checkup conducted within 3 months prior to the start date

2. If you undergo the tests at the medical institution designated by our center, the center will cover the costs.
   　If you use a medical institution outside the designated ones, you will be responsible for the fees.
   　If you already have valid test results within the effective period, please submit those.
3. If the antibody titer test results do not meet the standards set by our center, you will need to receive the necessary vaccinations at your own expense.
