The NCCHD Research Institute, in close collaboration with NCCHD Hospital and the Integrated Center for Women's Health, advances a broad range of cutting-edge research from basic science to clinical translation and implementation in child health and development. 生殖細胞機能研究室は、受精・妊娠に始まり、胎児期、出生後の成長に至る成育サイクルの科学的・医学的理解を深め、成育医療に科学的根拠を提供し、健全な次世代育成に貢献することを目的としています。特に周産期医療および胎児治療に関連する、出生にいたる母体・胎児のダイナミクスに関する研究を通じて、成育医療や女性の健康・医学の発展に寄与する研究を推進します。 |
| 業務内容 Duties of the Head of the Division of Gamete and Reproductive Biology |
生殖細胞機能研究室において、妊娠、胎児発生および母体・胎児相互作用に関する研究を推進する。周産期医療、胎児治療および女性の健康に資する研究開発を行うとともに、国内外の研究機関・医療機関等との共同研究、若手研究者および大学院生の育成、研究成果の社会発信に取り組む。 The Head of the Division of Gamete and Reproductive Biology conducts research on pregnancy, fetal development, early-life growth, and maternal-fetal biology. Its work supports reproductive and perinatal medicine, fetal therapy, and women's health. It also promotes collaborative research, trains young researchers and graduate students, and communicates research findings to the public. |

生殖細胞機能研究室長としての要件 Requirements for the Head of the Division of Gamete and Reproductive Biology |
1. 学位(博士)を有すること 1. Ph.D. degree. 2. High motivation to advance research on perinatal biology and maternal-fetal interactions. 3. Strong interest in perinatal medicine and fetal therapy. 4. Demonstrated research achievements in hPSC-based fetal therapy and successful acquisition of funding in reproductive and perinatal medicine or fetal therapy. 5. Collaborate closely with the Integrated Center for Women's Health, other research divisions, clinical departments, and administrative offices to advance research addressing clinical needs. 6. Leadership and management skills in laboratory operations, and active involvement in mentoring and educating junior researchers and students. 7. Manage a research framework that complies with relevant laws and guidelines and gives due consideration to bioethics in reproductive and perinatal research. 8. Strong interest in regenerative medicine and high motivation to advance research bridging fetal therapy and regenerative medicine. 9. Ability to actively communicate reproductive and perinatal medicine in child health and women's health to the public. |

Summary of past research and a statement of future plans as Head of the Division of Gamete and Reproductive Biology (approximately 2,000 Japanese characters or one A4 page in English for each). 5. Copy of medical license (if applicable). 6. Copy of doctoral degree certificate. 7. One letter of recommendation addressed to the President of NCCHD (free format). |
| 待遇 Salary and benefits |
・給与:職員給与規程による Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, and other benefits are available according to NCCHD policies. For details, please refer to the NCCHD website. |

1. 採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。 1. If selected, the successful candidate must submit the following documents before appointment: ① Results of antibody titer tests for tuberculosis and hepatitis B ② Proof of two doses of the vaccines for measles, rubella, varicella, and mumps, or the results of antibody titer tests for these four diseases. ③ Results of a medical check-up conducted within the past three months before the start date 2. If the medical examination is conducted at an NCCHD-designated medical institution, the cost will be covered by NCCHD. Examinations at non-designated institutions will be at the applicant's expense. 3. If antibody titers do not meet NCCHD standards, the applicant must personally pay for vaccination. 4. All submitted documents will be handled appropriately with regard to personal information and will not be returned. 5. The first six months will be a probationary period. 6.
