The NCCHD Research Institute, in close collaboration with NCCHD Hospital and the Integrated Center for Women's Health, advances a broad range of cutting-edge research from basic science to clinical translation and implementation in child health and development. 生殖医療研究部は、受精から個体発生に至る過程を一連の発生プロセスとして捉え、生殖・発生、組織・臓器形成および細胞分化のメカニズムの解明とその応用に関する研究を行っています。ヒトES細胞の樹立研究に取り組むとともに、ES細胞およびiPS細胞を用いた初期発生モデルの構築と機能解析を進めています。 |
| 業務内容 Duties of the Head of the Department of Reproductive Medicine |
生殖医療研究部長として研究部を統括し、ヒトES細胞の樹立、ES細胞およびiPS細胞を用いたヒト初期発生・分化に関する医学研究ならびにヒト胚を用いた研究を、関連法令・指針を遵守し、生命倫理に十分配慮しつつ推進します。さらに、国内外の研究機関、医療機関および産業界との連携を進め、共同研究を推進するとともに、若手研究者および大学院生の指導・育成、生殖医学・再生医学ならびにヒト胚研究に関わる生命倫理に関する情報発信および社会貢献を担います。 The Head of the Department of Reproductive Medicine manages the Department and promotes research on the derivation of human ES cell lines and early human development using ES and iPS cells, as well as research involving human embryos, in accordance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines. The Head also promotes partnerships and collaborative research with domestic and international academic, clinical, and industrial partners; mentors junior researchers and graduate students; and contributes to public outreach on reproductive medicine, regenerative medicine, and bioethics. |

生殖医療研究部長としての要件 Requirements for the Head of the Department of Reproductive Medicine |
1. 学位(博士)を有すること。 1. Ph.D. degree. 2. A strong track record in molecular biology of early embryos and human reproductive medicine. 3. High motivation to advance research in human reproductive and developmental biology and regenerative medicine. 4. Effective collaboration skills with NCCHD's Integrated Center for Women's Health, research departments, clinical departments, and administrative divisions. 5. Leadership and management skills in laboratory operations, and active involvement in mentoring and educating junior researchers and graduate students. 6. Compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements for human embryo and ES cell research, and proactive public communication on reproductive medicine and bioethics. 7. Understanding of the Philosophy of NCCHD and commitment to contributing to the development of the Research Institute and Hospital. |

| 待遇 Salary and benefits |
・給与:職員給与規程による Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, and other benefits are available according to NCCHD policies. For details, please refer to the NCCHD website. |

1. 採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。 1. If selected, the successful candidate must submit the following documents before appointment: ① Results of antibody titer tests for tuberculosis and hepatitis B ② Proof of two doses of the vaccines for measles, rubella, varicella, and mumps, or the results of antibody titer tests for these four diseases. ③ Results of a medical check-up conducted within the past three months before the start date 2. If the medical examination is conducted at an NCCHD-designated medical institution, the cost will be covered by NCCHD. Examinations at non-designated institutions will be at the applicant's expense. 3. If antibody titers do not meet NCCHD standards, the applicant must personally pay for vaccination. 4. All submitted documents will be handled appropriately with regard to personal information and will not be returned. 5. The first six months will be a probationary period. 6.
