女性の健康総合センターでは、女性の健康および性差医学に関する学術的知見を体系的に集約・分析し、政策立案や社会実装につなげる取り組みを強化するため、女性の健康政策研究部長を公募いたします。本ポジションは、センターにおける女性の健康政策研究の中核を担い、国内外に発信するリーダーシップを発揮していただく極めて重要な役割です。
応募にあたっては、公衆衛生学、疫学、医療政策、社会医学等の分野で博士号を有し、優れた研究実績を有することが求められます。さらに、女性の健康に関連する政策や事業に関する研究・実務経験をもち、学術的視点と社会的実装を架橋する力を備えていることが期待されます。
女性の健康政策研究部長には、社会医学系研究者やスタッフを牽引するリーダーシップ、組織運営の方向性を示すビジョン、研究推進に必要な調整力とマネジメント能力が求められます。また、国内外の社会動向や政策の方向性を俯瞰し、科学的エビデンスを政策形成に反映させる能力、行政機関や関連団体と協働し、EBPM（Evidence-Based Policy Making）の推進に貢献できる資質も必要です。
さらに、研究成果を学術界のみならず社会全体に広く発信し、女性の健康や性差医学をめぐる議論をリードするとともに、国際的なネットワークを活用して情報を発信できる高いコミュニケーション能力が望まれます。本ポジションは、女性の健康研究を基盤に社会実装を推進する重要な役割を担っており、学際的視野と実践的行動力を兼ね備えた人材の応募を期待いたします。
The Integrated Center for Women's Health is inviting applications for the position of Director of Women's Health Policy Research. The successful candidate will lead the Center's efforts to systematically collect and analyze academic evidence on women's health and gender-specific medicine, and translate these findings into policy development and societal implementation. The Director will play a central role in advancing women's health policy research and will provide leadership in disseminating research outcomes both domestically and internationally.
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in public health, epidemiology, health policy, social medicine, or a related field, and demonstrate outstanding research achievements, evidenced by publications, grants, or policy contributions. Candidates are also expected to have research and/or practical experience in policies or initiatives related to women's health, with the ability to bridge academic evidence and social implementation.
The Director of Women's Health Policy Research will be responsible for guiding social-medicine researchers and staff, set the vision for the division's direction, and demonstrate the coordination and management skills required to advance research initiatives. The role also calls for the ability to monitor domestic and international social trends and policy directions, translate scientific evidence into policy development, and collaborate with government agencies, international organizations, and related stakeholders to promote Evidence-Based Policy Making (EBPM).
Strong communication skills are essential to disseminate research findings beyond academia to society at large, to lead discussions on women's health and gender-specific medicine, and to leverage international networks for effective outreach. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the societal implementation of women's health research. ・給与：職員給与規程による ・勤務日：４週８休、月～金（国民の祝日は除く）など Salary will be determined according to the NCCHD's regulations for scientific personnel, taking into consideration the candidate's experience and achievements.
