精密創薬研究部では、疾患発症機序解明や薬物標的分子探索の研究を行い、胎児・小児・妊婦における薬物療法の開発を目指しています。また、薬物の安全性の評価、特に薬物の発生発達毒性の評価とその発現機序の検討を行っています。分子薬理研究室では、分子生物学的、細胞生物学的、生理学的手法等を用い、多角的な観点から小児や妊婦の疾患にアプローチし、新規治療法開発を推進します。

The Department of Pharmacology conducts research to elucidate disease pathogenesis and identify drug target molecules, aiming to develop drug therapies for fetuses, children, and pregnant women. The department also evaluates drug safety focusing on the assessment of developmental toxicity. The Division of Molecular Pharmacology employs molecular, cellular, and physiological approaches to clarify the mechanism of pediatric disorders and develop new drug therapies.

分子薬理研究室長として、胎児・小児・妊婦に対する分子薬理に関する研究・教育・情報発信を行う。

The chief of the Molecular Pharmacology conducts research, provides education, and disseminates information on molecular pharmacology concerning fetuses, children, and pregnant women.

1.学位（博士）を有すること

2. 成育医学研究に十分な実績と研究費獲得実績を有し、胎児・小児・妊婦を対象とする分子薬理研究を推進できること。

3.関連する他の研究部、病院診療科、事務部門と密接に連携して研究成果を挙げる能力を有すること

4.研究室をとりまとめて研究を推進する強い意志とリーダーシップを有すること、また、若手研究者や学生などに対し、研究指導ならびに教育を行えること。

5. 社会に対して分子薬理学に関する情報発信ができること。

1. Ph.D. degree.
2. A strong track record of medical research in the field of pediatrics and perinatology. High motivation to advance molecular pharmacology research for fetuses, children, and pregnant women.
3. Effective collaboration skills with related research divisions, clinical departments, and administrative units.
4. Leadership and management skills in laboratory operations, and active involvement in educating junior researchers and students.
5. Proactive public communication regarding molecular pharmacology.

・勤務時間：１週間あたりの勤務時間　38時間45分、8時30分～17時15分（休憩1時間）など（フレックスタイム制あり）

Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, and other benefits are available according to NCCHD policies. For details, please refer to the NCCHD website.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be requested to give a presentation and attend an interview conducted by the selection committee.

１．採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。

　　①　抗体価検査の結果（結核、B型肝炎、麻疹、風疹、水痘、ムンプス）

　　②　入職日前３か月以内に受診した健康診断の結果

２．当センター指定の医療機関で受診する場合は、当センターが料金を負担します。

　　指定外の医療機関で受診される場合は自費負担となります。

　　なお、有効期間内の結果を既にお持ちの場合は、それをご提出いただけます。

３．抗体価検査の結果、当センターで定める基準に満たない場合には、自費でワクチンを接種していただきます。
