Chief of the Division of Fetal Development, Department of Maternal-Fetal Biology (one position)

周産期病態研究部では、胎児と胎盤の発生・分化異常や、それに伴う周産期（妊娠後期から新生児早期まで）の疾患の病態解明を目指しています。胎児発育研究室では、胎児と妊婦の疾患の病因病態を解明すること、そして適切な診断法と治療法を開発することを目的としています。このために、最新技術を用いて臨床検体および培養細胞やモデル動物の解析を行います。

The Department of Maternal-Fetal Biology aims to elucidate the pathophysiology of fetal and placental development. The Division of Fetal Development aims to clarify the etiology of diseases in fetuses and pregnant women, and to develop new diagnostic procedures and treatments.

胎児発育研究室長として、胎児発育の分子基盤解明および妊婦・胎児・胎盤の疾患に関する研究・教育・情報発信を行う。

The chief of the Division of Fetal Development conducts research, provides education, and disseminates information on the pathophysiology of fetal and placental development.

1.学位（博士）を有すること

2.周産期医学研究における十分な実績と研究費獲得実績を有し、熱意をもって妊婦・胎児や胎盤を対象とする分子生物学的研究を推進できること。

3.関連する他の研究部、病院診療科、事務部門と密接に連携して研究成果を挙げる能力を有すること

4.研究室をとりまとめて研究を推進する強い意志とリーダーシップを有すること、また、若手研究者や学生などに対し、研究指導ならびに教育を行えること。

5.社会に対して周産期医学に関する情報発信ができること。

1. Ph.D. degree.
2. A strong track record of medical research in perinatology. High motivation to advance cutting-edge research on fetal and placental development.
3. Effective collaboration skills with related research divisions, clinical departments, and administrative units.
4. Leadership and management skills in laboratory operations, and active involvement in educating junior researchers and students.
5. Proactive public communication regarding perinatal medicine.

Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be requested to give a presentation and attend an interview conducted by the selection committee.

１．採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。

　　①　抗体価検査の結果（結核、B型肝炎、麻疹、風疹、水痘、ムンプス）

　　②　入職日前３か月以内に受診した健康診断の結果

２．当センター指定の医療機関で受診する場合は、当センターが料金を負担します。

　　指定外の医療機関で受診される場合は自費負担となります。

　　なお、有効期間内の結果を既にお持ちの場合は、それをご提出いただけます。

３．抗体価検査の結果、当センターで定める基準に満たない場合には、自費でワクチンを接種していただきます。
