国立研究開発法人国立成育医療研究センター研究所は、病院および女性の健康総合センターとの緊密な連携のもと、成育医療分野における基礎研究から臨床応用、社会実装に至るまで、幅広い先進的研究を推進しています。このたび当センターでは、生命科学研究部門 分子内分泌研究部長の公募を行うこととなりました。当該分野において意欲をもって研究を推進していただける方を求めています。
NCCHD Research Institute promotes a broad range of cutting-edge research in the field of maternal and child health, spanning basic science, clinical application, and social implementation, in close collaboration with NCCHD Hospital and the Integrated Center for Women's Health. We are now inviting applications for the position of Head of the Department of Molecular Endocrinology. We seek an individual who is highly motivated to advance research in this field.

分子内分泌研究部は、小児内分泌疾患、成長障害、生殖機能障害および先天奇形症候群を主な対象として、疾患発症原因と病態の解明、診断法と治療法の開発を目指した研究を行っています。臨床検体をアレイCGH、MLPA、FISH、メチル化解析、次世代シークエンサーなどを含む最新の方法で解析しています。 また、内分泌学の観点から、ヒト多様性の分子基盤に関する研究を推進しています。 |
| 業務内容 Duties of the Head of the Department of Molecular Endocrinology |
分子内分泌研究部長として研究部を統括し、小児内分泌疾患、成長障害、生殖機能障害および先天奇形症候群に関わる医学研究を推進します。また、健康な小児の発育の分子基盤に関する研究を行います。研究成果発表と研究費獲得を行います。さらに、国内外の研究・医療機関との共同研究を推進し、若手研究者や大学院生の指導・育成、ならびに内分泌学や遺伝学に関する情報発信と社会貢献を担います。 The successful candidate will leadthe Department of Molecular Endocrinology and promote medical research related to pediatric endocrine disorders, growth disorders, reproductive dysfunction, and congenital malformation syndromes. The candidate is expected to publish research findings in peer-reviewed international journals and secure external research funding. In addition, the candidate will promote collaborative research with domestic and international research and medical institutions, mentor young researchers and graduate students, and contribute to society by disseminating information on endocrinology and genetics. |

分子内分泌研究部長としての要件 |
1. 学位(博士)を有すること 1. Ph.D. degree. 2. An outstanding research record in the molecular genetics of pediatric endocrine disorders, growth disorders, reproductive dysfunction, and/or congenital malformation syndromes, together with a strong commitment to advancing research in molecular endocrinology. 3. The ability to achieve research outcomes through close collaboration with other departments and divisions within NCCHD. 4. Strong commitment and leadership to manage the laboratory and promote research activities, as well as the ability to mentor and educate junior researchers and students. 5. Proactive public communication regarding endocrinology and genetics. 6. An understanding of the mission and philosophy of NCCHD, and a strong motivation to contribute to the development of the Research Institute and Hospital. |

| 待遇 Salary and benefits |
・給与:職員給与規程による ※詳細については当センターHPの「トップページ→国立成育医療研究センターについて→情報公開→法人に関する情報公開」に掲載していますので、そちらをご覧ください。(https://www.ncchd.go.jp/) Salary, bonuses, and allowances will be provided in accordance with NCCHD personnel regulations. There will be no regular salary increase. Working days will generally be Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, with two days off per week based on a four-week/eight-day-off system. Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week (8:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 1-hour break; flex-time available). Employees will be enrolled in social insurance. Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, and other forms of leave are available in accordance with NCCHD regulations. Other employment conditions will be governed by NCCHD regulations. 1. 採用内定となった場合は、入職前に以下の書類を提出していただきます。 1. If selected, the successful candidate must submit the following documents before appointment: (1) Results of antibody titer tests for tuberculosis and hepatitis B (2) Proof of two doses of the vaccines for measles, rubella, varicella, and mumps, or the results of antibody titer tests for these four diseases. (3) Results of a medical check-up conducted within the past three months before the start date 2. If the medical examination is conducted at an NCCHD-designated medical institution, the cost will be covered by NCCHD. Examinations at non-designated institutions will be at the applicant's expense. 3. If antibody titers do not meet NCCHD standards, the applicant must personally pay for vaccination. 4. All submitted documents will be handled appropriately with regard to personal information and will not be returned. 5. The first six months will be a probationary period. 6.
