1. Appointment Time
First Visit Time:8:30-10:30 am
After 10:30 am first time patients will need to go to the Emergency Department
Repeat Visit Time:8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Emergency Visit 24hours per day,365 days per year
2. Appointment Procedures
Clinic Visits are by appointment only (Drop-in patients can only be seen in the Emergency Department)
3. Making an appointment
We take appointments up to 3 months in advace.
Appointments with either individual physicians or departments or divisions can be made.
4. First times appointment
Please go to Registration Window Number 1.
Since there is paperwork please come early(we recommend one hour before the appointment unless appointment is at 9:00 am - then 8:30 am)
Please note that there is a \4,200 extra charge if you do not bring a referral form from the referring physician.
If you do not have national health insurance,please note that full cash payment for the visit will be required.
We will complate any forms that is necessary for you to be reimbursed by your insurance.
